Lisa Najarian is the founder of You Go Girl, a movement of girlfriendship where women carry each other and leave the baggage behind. Her debut book, Girl, Unpack That!, releases June 15.
Through her book, her upcoming podcast The Baggage Claim, and her growing sisterhood, Lisa helps women unpack what they've been quietly carrying. Her work is rooted in the BAGS framework: Bonding, Awareness, Guidance, Sisterhood. Her stories are real, her voice is warm, and her message is one women didn't know how badly they needed.
