Double the Chocolate, Double the Fun
As I shared in Monday’s blog, August 24th was my birthday! Whether it’s someone else’s or my own, I absolutely ADORE birthday celebrations. I always make sure to take the time to have a shindig with my girlfriends, because who else was right there with me during that entire last trip around the sun? It also gives me an excuse to indulge my sweet tooth, because birthdays can include some amazing dishes— especially desserts.
Here’s one of those indulgences: Chocolate Chip Cake with Whipped Chocolate Buttercream. I found it on Olivia Bogacki’s blog, “Liv for Cake”. It puts an even richer spin on the classic chocolate birthday cake.
